Ruth Ann Gray

Ruth Ann Gray, 59, of Eldorado, passed away August 13, 2016 in Carbondale.

She was born in Henderson, KY to Hugh and Ruth (Bradley) Gray on September 26, 1956. She worked as a caregiver at Saline Care Center and CILA homes. She was a member of the Union Grove Church. She worked for the Special Olympics for 20 years. She loved being a caregiver and she worked in Bible School for many years.

Ruth Ann is survived by her mother, Ruth Gray of Eldorado, her brother Larry Wayne (Paula) Gray of Robards, KY. She is also survived by 1 nephew, Shannon (Angel) Gray and 3 nieces: Kerry Gray, Stephanie (Brian) Hagedorn, Wendy (Larry) Ackerman. She is also survived by 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Hugh Gray.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
