Otto “Danny” Miller

CARRIER MILLS -- Otto “Danny” Miller, 85, died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at his home.

Graveside services will be at noon Saturday, Feb. 18, in Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills with Father Tom Barrett officiating. Military rites will be provided by Carrier Mills American Legion, Harrisburg American Legion and Army National Guard Ritual Team. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills.

He was born June 16, 1931, in Chicago to Alfred and Ida (Culhane) Miller. He married the former JoAnne Crain on Nov. 29, 1969.

Mr. Miller worked many years in the Chicago area as a serviceman for a vending company. He also was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnne Miller of Carrier Mills; brother, Johnny Miller of Rochelle; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Donald, Charlie, Bobby and Mickey; and two sisters, Mildred and Rosalie.
