Wanda (Smith) Roberts

HARRISBURG -- Wanda (Smith) Roberts, 79, affectionately known as "Smitty" by the Harrisburg Class of 1955, passed away Feb. 12, 2017, at her home in Glendale, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert.

<br /> Survivors include her daughters, Heather and Colleen; and granddaughter, Madelyn.

A proud Bulldog, Wanda spoke of her hometown with loving memories, enjoyed reminiscing about her youth and remained close with many of her classmates.

She looked forward to the class reunions and described them "as though no time had passed" since everyone was all together.

Her greatest accomplishment was being a mother and grandmother. She was loved by all and will be missed daily.

At her request, no services will be conducted; cremation will be accorded.
