Prep Golf: EHS rolls to win past NCOE

The Eldorado High School boys' golf team improved to 8-6 on the year with a179-222 win over Norris City-Omaha-Enfield late last week.

Braden Unthank took medalist honors for the Eagles with a 42. Eldorado got a pair of 45's from Jack Mings and Ben Byrd. Evan Coyle rounded out the top four for EHS, firing a 47 on the afternoon.

Other scores for the Eagles included: Jack Amberger (50) and Ely Boulds (50).

"This was a really good score for us," EHS head coach Chad Albers said, "I'm really excited about what the boys are doing right now and hopefully we can keep this kind of play going as we get closer to Regionals. It would be a nice time to really put everything together."
