DEATH NOTICE: Pearl Evelyn Shasteen

Pearl Evelyn Shasteen, 82, formerly of McLeansboro, died 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at her home in Deltona, Fla.

Graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at Hickory Hill Cemetery near Broughton. Those attending are asked to go directly to the cemetery. Gholson Funeral Home of McLeansboro is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by one son, one daughter, one brother, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
