Keck's Exclusives: Modern Family Gets a New Butler

Now that Jay has sent Barkley the dog butler to storage, Modern Family is in need of a new manservant. English actor/writer Stephen Merchant (Hello Ladies, Life's Too Short Extras), has landed the gig.

In the ABC sitcom's upcoming Las Vegas-set episode, Merchant plays Stevens, the officious Mandalay Bay hotel butler assigned to take care of the Pritchett-Dunphy clan. Stevens appears calm and confident at first, but while juggling the requests of all three families, he finds himself overwhelmed. And according to star Ty Burrell, the butler completely loses it!

The episode is scheduled to air this spring.
