Cory Monteith was reportedly cremated Tuesday after a private viewing of his body, TMZ.com reports.

Monteith's mother Ann, younger brother Shaun, and his girlfriend Lea Michele viewed the body at the hospital in Vancouver before his body was cremated. Cory's father, Joe Monteith, who is divorced from Cory's mother, was allegedly not aware of the cremation. "[I] am going to miss Cory very very much. I'm saddened at the fact that I couldn't have been there to see my son before he was cremated," Joe told the site.

The Glee star was found dead on Saturday in a hotel in downtown Vancouver, Canada at the age of 31. Monteith, who died from a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol, had voluntarily admitted himself in a treatment facility for substance addiction in March. He had previously entered rehab for drug abuse when he was 19.
