Susan Boyle: "I Want to Find a Man"

As Susan Boyle prepares for her first live tour, the Britain's Got Talent star has something else on her mind: dating.

"I want to find a man, but it's hard with all the traveling I do. I really want to start going on dates and I've asked my friends to set me up with a good man - if they can find one. I'd like to settle down one day," Boyle, 52, told The Sun. Characters we lost this season

It's possible that Boyle has boys on the brain because she recently got a taste of married life in her first feature film. In The Christmas Candle, Boyle plays James Cosmo's onscreen wife and the pair even share an onscreen kiss. "I have my very first 'husband' - which is very exciting. It's been a long wait," Boyle said. "I had to kiss him, too, as we had a kissing scene. It was my first onscreen kiss. It was lovely. I didn't know about the kissing scene when I signed up, but I wasn't complaining."

Boyle was only supposed to perform on the film's soundtrack, but was asked to make a cameo, which eventually turned into the larger role of Cosmo's wife. "I won't take this any further in case I embarrass him," she added.
