At Monday's New York City premiere of Les Miserables, the actress joined the elite ranks of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and legions of other celebrities who have yet to learn how to step out of a car while going commando. Hathaway, however, didn't seem to notice her accidental flash.

Even without the underwear commando complication, Hathaway made quite the statement on the red carpet. The actress' outfit consisted of a black, bulky cape dress with bizarre bondage-style boots.
